MATTHEW LETZIG, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - Mr. Letzig joined THA in March of 2003 as an Accountant I and has progressed up through THA’s Finance and Accounting department. He held the position of Assistant Controller from 2007 to 2014 and Controller from 2014 to present. Mr. Letzig earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa and for Housing Partners of Tulsa, Inc. After serving as Interim President/Chief Executive Officer since August 2016, Mr. Letzig was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in May 2017.
TERRI COLE, VICE PRESIDENT - ASSISTED HOUSING. Ms. Cole has been Vice President of Assisted Housing since February 2006. Ms. Cole began her career at THA as a Leasing Agent, progressing through various positions, including Assistant Director of Assisted Housing immediately prior to her promotion to Vice President. Ms. Cole has maintained the HUD High Performer SEMAP rating for Section 8 during her tenure. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business and is a Certified Public Housing Manager. Ms. Cole is a current board member of the Tulsa Apartment Association. Recently, Ms. Cole was elected to be the President of OK NAHRO.
ANN BRENNAN, VICE PRESIDENT - COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Ms. Ann Brennan joined the THA Team as the Vice President of Community Relations in August of 2013. Ms. Brennan originates from North Pole, Alaska but relocated to the Tulsa area. She earned an Associates Degree in Applied Business from the University of Alaska in 1991, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Alaska in 1998, a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Alaska in 2002, and a second Master’s Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Brennan holds a license to practice and provide Social Work and Counseling services in the State of Oklahoma. She has extensive experience in Social Services Program Management, is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and is also a certified responder for local, state and national critical incidents and natural disasters.
KENT KEITH, VICE PRESIDENT - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Mr. Keith joined the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa as a Contract Coordinator in 2010 and was named Vice President of Construction Services in 2011. He brings to THA over 20 years of construction management experience as a licensed general contractor and real estate developer. During his career, he has completed over $600,000,000 in construction projects that range from production and custom homes to commercial improvements and development. Mr. Keith earned a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas, School of Architecture and Urban Design.
STEVE KING, VICE PRESIDENT - MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (MIS). Mr. King began his career at the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa in 1991 as a Computer Operator. He has been Vice President of MIS since 1993. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University in Management Information Systems. Mr. King has spoken about technology and HUD systems at OK NAHRO, National NAHRO, and OATHA Conferences. Mr. King is a past board member, and current President of the Organization for the Advancement of Technology in Housing Agencies (OATHA).
VICKIE WILLIAMS, VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES. Ms. Williams joined the THA staff in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resources Manager (SHRM). She has been an active member of SHRM since 1993.
