THA's Development staff are experienced in the acquisition process for various forms of real estate and in coordinating real estate transactions and negotiations. If you organization has an exsiting relationship with a Real Estate Brokerage or Agent, THA staff can coordinate the acquisition process or utilize THA relationships and an in-house broker to locate, indentify and negotiate real estate acquisitions. THA staff is very familiar with analyzing zoning requirements and obtaining necessary variances from local governing boards.
